Skills House Partnership

Skills House is a Partnership between Bradford Council, Brathay Trust, The Bridge project, Grange Interlink, Karmand Community Centre it is a collaborative approach for an employment support service that is locality-based delivered in our local communities. It has been designed to not only effectively respond to the immediacy of the economic consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic, but also improve the District’s workforce skills, productivity and growth. The intention will be to build a system-wide collaboration to fully utilise our combined public investments, assets and programmes to strengthen, work smarter and unify and expand the employment and training offer across Bradford District. In this respect, this partnership endeavour is timely and a real opportunity for Skills House Partnership to establish itself as a collaboration to firstly mitigate the employment impact of the Covid-19 recession but then improve the employment and economic outcomes for Bradford residents and employers.
