We encourage the take up of benefits amongst our users by giving advice about the appropriate benefits for them and work to empower local people to manage debt and money problems. We also offer assistance to fill in claim forms, to negotiate with the Department for Work and Pensions and other outside agencies and to deal with issues around electricity, gas, water, banks, creditors and housing. You can be assured that all enquiries are treated in confidence and no details are divulged to any organisation, funder or individual without your prior consent.
