Karmand Centre has been commissioned by the Home office to deliver the AMIF, (Asylum, Migration and Integration project) across West Yorkshire and Lancashire over the next 16 month Building on the success of award winning projects such as EIF, this new programme will deliver a series of courses, led by professional tutors, in familiar and accessible community locations. The project has a network of 3 hubs to transition into positive long-lasting personal development, learning vital life survival skills, improve functional skills, boost confidence, opportunities to volunteering, speak English, integration activities, cultural/heritage visits and sports, wellbeing, IAG and individualised progression planning to learn English values, norms and ways of modern Britain and overcome barriers to integration, cohesion and achievements.
